Each child is unique and masters skills and develops at a rate and an age often different from other children. Shine Early Learning therefore urges that users seek additional professional advice regarding any concerns about a child's development.

All Shine Early Learning products and publications are intended for use by and under the guidance of child development professionals. Parents interested in using the HELP, the BCP, or UMS materials, should receive the materials (and instructions on their use) through a qualified child development specialist/professional, and should work with and consult the professional on all procedures, including Gross and Fine Motor activities, Safety Issues, and any questions whatsoever.

But we can do so only if the copyrights on our materials are respected. All Shine Early Learning publications and products are protected by United States and international copyright laws, and may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, or translated in any form or manner for any purpose without first obtaining Shine Early Learning's express written consent.
