Secure Online Service:
The HELP for OSEP Reporting System is highly secure. For further security, your program can choose to just use a child's ID number and no name.
The system accepts HELP assessment data as an automatic service. There is no subscription commitment or cost for the service. Your program can always fall back on computing Ratings and Categories on a manual basis or opt out at any time and request that all its program/child data be deleted.
VORT's bandwidth and servers scale well (expand usage), so mass usage is not a problem, and staff (once they have their own username/password) can access the system at any time (24x7) .
VORT own its dedicated servers which are fully redundant and are located in a high-security data center with solid uptime performance of 100.00% (power) and 99.98% (network and hardware)
